What are the advantages of flying at the Aero Club
The Eglin Aero Club is your complete flight school. We have a variety of aircraft for you to train in or for your recreational or travel needs. We have a strong instructor staff with a designated examiner on staff to answer questions or capable of flight checks on the spot. We have an onsite testing facility so you can test right here. We include liability and hull insurance on all of your flights. You are learning to fly in a professional airspace so you will not have the fear that many new pilots have of "talking on the radio". We can handle all of your flight needs with supplies and instruction from "not knowing what an airplane is" to ready to fly for the airlines.
If I am stationed at another Base Can I join the Eglin Aero Club?
